TERMS OF SERVICE
Wholesale Beverage Delivery
Please note that this is a delivery service only. Drinks are delivered in 5 and 2 ½ gallon Cambros and/or 2-liter pump pots that may have scratches and/or dents on them. Set-up and presentation is to be provided by the customer. Pick-up is M-F 1-3pm or by special arrangement. Orders can only be placed with a credit card.
The minimum order is $75 – excluding service fees (if applicable) and delivery charges. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Beverage Catering Services and Wholesale Beverage Delivery
The customer is responsible for the care and return of all equipment used for the catering. including but not limited to: plates, covers, table cloths, baskets, coffee urns, thermal containers, serving utensils, tables, and storage crates. Equipment is to be returned in the same condition as when they were delivered. Dirty or damaged equipment or containers filled with beverages or substances not provided by Best In Brew will be charged.
Any items not returned when the delivery driver comes for pick-up will be charged a daily rental fee. Equipment not returned in three days will be charged for replacement. Plastic knives, spoons, and forks as well as left over napkins, paper plates, and cups do not have to be returned.
We do our best to accommodate delivery time changes but changes not confirmed with a sales order may not be available.
Special orders require at least a week lead time and require a 100%, non refundable deposit.

Supremo and Magnifico
The Supremo and Magnifico set-ups include a commercial espresso cart. We are unable to bring the espresso cart over steps, gravel, dirt, steep hills or any type of uneven terrain.
Nearby parking must be available for the time allotted for set-up, service and tear down. Our truck is a 12' cube van which will fit in a normal sized, uncovered parking spot. If free, on-site parking is not available, the client will be charged a parking fee and additional time will be needed for set-up and tear down.

Requirements for all espresso cart set-ups
Best In Brew requires that the electrical outlet is located within 5 feet of the work area.
The Client is responsible for having the set-up location, that has adequate room for the service requested, arranged before Best In Brew arrives for set-up. The Client must also have a person in charge to meet Best In Brew to guide us to the set-up area and be available to troubleshoot any problems.
An on-site facilitator/troubleshooter must be available one hour before the scheduled service time, during the scheduled service time, and forty-five minutes after the scheduled service time. A cell phone number or another way of immediately contacting this person is necessary. If any of the Terms of Service are not met, the subsequent time the Best In Best employee spends troubleshooting is deducted from the time allotted for serving espresso.
Only Best In Brew employee’s are authorized to use Best In Brew's equipment. If a non-authorized person uses Best In Brew's equipment without written consent, Best In Brew is not responsible for any injuries or health problems from the use of the machine or the subsequent drinks made. The client is responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment. Any unauthorized use may result in the client paying fees including but not limited to cleaning fees, equipment use rental charges, equipment repair, lost equipment and replenishment of consumables.
Best In Brew’s employees will be given rest and meal breaks according to Oregon State law. This includes a 30 minute meal break for every 6 hours of work and uninterrupted, 10-minute rest breaks for every four-hour segment or major portion thereof in the work period. The rest break will be given in the middle of each segment, whenever possible. These breaks are included in the paid service time. Unless two or more baristas are working an event, the cart will not be manned and no drinks served during rest and meal breaks. These breaks will be at the discretion of Best In Brew, and every effort will be made to accommodate the flow of the event.
Outdoor events must be approved by Best In Brew in writing. Outdoor events require appropriate protection from the elements, provided by the client. Any tents or coverings are to be set-up by the client before the espresso cart set-up. Evening events must have appropriate lighting for the barista to work.
To reserve a date, a $100, personal or business check or credit card deposit is required. The deposit is fully refundable if date is cancelled within 2 weeks of the event. Payment is due the day of the event. We accept business and personal checks as well as all major credit cards. Payment not received within 30 days will be charged a late charge of $25 and incur finance fees of 18% APR compounded monthly. Inclement weather may cause delays or cancellation of any caterings.
Alternate arrangements may be made with mutual agreement in writing. Effective 10/5/2008
