Coffee Catering/Delivery

Please note that this is a delivery service only. Drinks are delivered in 5 and 2 1/2 gallon Cambros and 2-liter pump pots which may have scratches or dings on them. Set-up and presentation is to be provided by the customer. Pick-up is scheduled for the afternoon or the following day.

The customer is responsible for the care and return of all containers used for the catering. Containers include plates, covers, table cloths, baskets, coffee urns, thermal containers, serving utensils, tables and any other items used for the catering. Broken or damaged items will be charged to the customer. Any items not returned when the delivery driver comes for pick-up will be charged to the customer. Plastic knives, spoons, and forks as well as left over napkins, paper plates, and cups do not have to be returned.

While we strive to have deliveries at the time you request, delivery may be earlier depending on the delivery schedule. You will receive a delivery window when Best In Brew confirms your order. The pick-up time is when the containers will be available for pick-up, not necessarily when the containers will be picked-up. You will receive a delivery window when Best In Brew confirms your order. We do our best to accommodate delivery and pick up time changes but changes not confirmed with a sales order may not be available, depending on our schedule. Containers not available for pick up within 24 hours of the delivery time may be charged a daily rental fee.

Special orders require at least a week lead time and require a 100%, non refundable deposit.

The minimum order is $50 – excluding service fees (if applicable) and delivery charges. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

Requirements for all espresso cart set-ups

Best In Brew requires that the electrical outlet is located within 5 feet of the work area.

The Client is responsible for having the set-up location, that has adequate room for the service requested, arranged before Best In Brew arrives for set-up. The Client must also have a person in charge to meet Best In Brew to guide us to the set-up area and be available to troubleshoot any problems.

An on-site facilitator/troubleshooter must be available one hour before the scheduled service time, during the scheduled service time, and forty-five minutes after the scheduled service time. A cell phone number or another way of immediately contacting this person is necessary. If any of the Terms of Service are not met, the subsequent time the Best In Best employee spends troubleshooting is deducted from the time allotted for serving espresso.

Only Best In Brew employee’s are allowed to use Best In Brew's equipment. If a non-authorized person uses Best In Brew's equipment without written consent, Best In Brew is not responsible for any injuries or health problems from the use of the machine or the subsequent drinks made. The rest break will be given in the middle of each segment, whenever possible. These breaks are included in the paid service time. Unless two or more baristas are working an event, the cart will not be manned and no drinks served during rest and meal breaks. These breaks will be at the discretion of Best In Brew, and every effort will be made to accommodate the flow of the event.

Any outdoor events must have appropriate protection from the elements which will be provided by the client. Any tents or coverings are to be set-up by the client before the espresso cart set-up. Evening events must have appropriate lighting for the barista to work.

Payment is due the day of the event. We accept business and personal checks as well as all major credit cards. Payment not received within 30 days will be charged a late charge of $10 and incur finance fees of 18% APR compounded monthly. Inclement weather may cause delays or cancellation of any caterings.
